As a young person I thought the town was the sleepiest side-road imaginable although I loved the river. Now, later in life, I savor the solitude that comes with those magic moments when I can escape to my boyhood beginnings and collect myself while enjoying the simplicity of the river village and repairing on the river.</span><br /><br /><span style="color: rgb(51, 0, 153);">I wish now that I had understood better then the personality of the river that I have come to value so highly.
